FORCYD, a European consultancy specialising in eDiscovery, investigations and cyber forensics, has opened a new office in Zurich and named Bob Dillen partner to head its Swiss operations.
Why Zurich?
The Amsterdam-born firm said the move will strengthen its local presence in the DACH region and give clients closer and faster access to specialist support for cross-border litigation, regulatory matters and complex investigations. Switzerland’s concentration of international, heavily regulated and data-intensive organisations makes Zurich a strategic base for FORCYD’s services.
What FORCYD brings
- Localised support for eDiscovery and cyber forensics combined with the firm’s cross-border expertise.
- Services aimed at litigation, arbitration, compliance reviews and large-scale global investigations.
- An emphasis on long-term client relationships and independent, high-quality delivery.
FORCYD already operates from several European hubs including Amsterdam, Brussels, London, Frankfurt, Paris and Madrid. The Zurich office is presented as the next step in the firm’s international expansion.
Leadership and experience
Bob Dillen, appointed as partner to run the Zurich office, brings more than two decades of international experience in forensic technology, eDiscovery and investigations. He has advised organisations across sectors on arbitration, disputes, regulatory compliance and multinational investigations.
Bas Sluijsmans, partner and co-founder of FORCYD, said the new hire and office reflect the company’s commitment to quality and to meeting client needs in regulated markets. Dillen added that he looks forward to building the Swiss practice and delivering practical, specialist support for complex investigations and regulatory challenges.
