Danish-Lithuanian startup secures funding for innovative UAV technology
Monopulse, a Danish-Lithuanian manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), has successfully raised over €2 million from investors both locally and internationally. Among the key investors are Coinvest Capital, Plug and Play, and NGL Ventures, with a notable contribution of €560,000 from an angel syndicate, marking the largest of its kind to date for Monopulse.
Founded in 2021, Monopulse specializes in developing advanced reconnaissance drones tailored for NATO military operations, focusing particularly on resilience in electronic warfare scenarios where communication can be compromised. Their technology integrates aerospace engineering and artificial intelligence to ensure reliable operations under challenging conditions. It includes specialized drone platforms like the Falcon MK3S and the Hydrohex system, which are already in use by the Lithuanian and Danish armed forces, enhancing their strategic surveillance capabilities. The funding aims to expand production capacity and support research for broader market reach across Scandinavia and other NATO nations, enhancing their operational frameworks in national defense.
