CalQore, a software company based in 's‑Hertogenbosch, has launched CalQore 2026, a platform designed to bridge the gap between quoting, work preparation and production for businesses that process sheet metal, tubes and profiles. The company says the new release reduces manual transfer of dimensions, materials and quantities between PDF, STEP or DXF files and internal planning tools.
One data model across the workflow
Instead of re-entering part data at each stage, CalQore captures a part’s specifications once and reuses that single source of truth throughout the sales-to-production process. The software automatically recognizes whether an item is sheet metal, a tube or a profile and extracts details such as bends, holes and cutouts. Companies can use their own material lists, rates and processing steps; changes are propagated automatically through the entire calculation and order information.
Performance improvements in early pilots
CalQore reports significant time savings from pilot implementations. At Dumaco Montfoort a complex assembly that previously required half a day to a full day for calculation was reduced to about an hour in an initial measurement. At WBM, adding a single operation to every product on a quote now takes roughly 30 seconds. CalQore founders say faster, accurate quoting is critical in competitive markets where delays can cost orders.
Integrations and data privacy
The software runs on the customer’s own hardware so sensitive customer and pricing data remain on premises. CalQore provides connectors to established CAD, CAM and ERP systems — including SpaceClaim, Libellula, MKG ERP and RidderIQ — with the stated goal of connecting isolated tools rather than replacing them.
Availability
CalQore 2026 is available now; the company lists implementation support in the Netherlands through local partner AESC. More information is available from the company website.
