infinitSpace, a European provider of an AI-backed technology platform for flexible office concepts, has announced its entry into the United States through a long‑term operational partnership for 612 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles. The company’s first U.S. site, beyond Broadway DTLA, is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026.
Asset-light model and AI-driven operations
Rather than signing conventional leases, infinitSpace uses an asset‑light approach: it secures long‑term partnership agreements with building owners who keep their property and control, while infinitSpace supplies the technology, commercial platform and member‑experience software to operate a flexible office product. The company says its proprietary AI tools automate repetitive tasks, allowing local teams to concentrate on hospitality, community building and human interaction.
Details of the first U.S. location
Beyond Broadway DTLA will occupy roughly 3,000 square meters across the second through fifth floors of the historic Desmond building. The site will offer about 400 memberships and a mix of private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges, community areas and a rooftop terrace. infinitSpace positions the venue for entrepreneurs, scaling businesses and established firms seeking professionally run, community‑focused workspaces in central Los Angeles.
Expansion targets and scale
The Los Angeles launch follows four years of international growth. infinitSpace today supports a global community of more than 8,000 members across three continents and expects that number to reach about 10,000 by the end of 2026. The company says beyond Broadway DTLA will be its fifteenth location worldwide and has set a target to open 30 U.S. sites within the next 24 months, prioritising Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Seattle and New York.
Leadership view
CEO and co‑founder Wybo Wijnbergen said entering the U.S. is a defining step for the company, arguing that building owners now seek ways to make offices more productive while companies want flexible solutions without sacrificing quality. He described Los Angeles and the Desmond building as a strategic starting point from which infinitSpace aims to build a substantial American network through long‑term operational partnerships.
infinitSpace’s announcement highlights how technology — particularly automation and AI — is being positioned as an enabler for flexible office operators to scale while keeping human hospitality and community at the centre of the member experience.
